Account
The Account represents the parent component of the system. Your Account Settings allow you to customize the way the system is configured and how it supports the type of business you operate. Your type of business and existing processes will dictate which features of the system you decide to use and how those features are presented.
Branches
Branches represent each business unit within your organization. Real Estate businesses may consider a branch as a physical office location, whilst another Estate Agent may decide to create a Branch for their Lettings department and a Branch for their Sales department within a single physical office. The same is true for Recruitment Agencies. A Branch could represent internal departments, or physical office locations. Therefore, Branches are a way to represent your physical organizations.
User Groups
User Groups allow access permissions to be assigned to groups of users.
Alerts
Alerts represent simple reminders which can be scheduled to be sent at a specified time in the future. There are 17 different types of reminders that can be scheduled. For example, a Document can have have an expiry date. An Alert can be created to send a reminder that the Document is due to expire shortly. Multiple Alerts can be scheduled for the same item, providing a comprehensive system of reminders.
Appointments
Appointments represent meeting arrangements. The Appointment system is fully compatible with most third party Calendar systems.
