The Menu

The Menu in FAB+ is located on the left hand side of every page and is designed to be fast and easy to use.

How it works:

The default menu consists of all the modules that are active on your account. To access the sub menu of each module simply click on the module option. The sub menu is a dedicated menu for module specific options like searching or adding new records in the module.

To quickly create a new record from the main menu (e.g case, contact, appointment etc) click the plus icon next to the module option.

Settings:

To access the settings of your fab account there are two options in the menu, either select the “Account settings” menu item at the bottom of the menu, or select the cog icon at the top of the menu section.
